IPS Finance are working with a 15m turnover owner managed business in East Leeds currently looking to appoint a financial controller for a No.1 finance position reporting into the directors. The role would suit either an established financial controller or a recently qualified accountant on an upwards career path.
Main duties of the position:
Ideally applicants with be qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) and able to work autonomously.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Main duties of the position:
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
- Production of annual budgets
- Cash flow forecasting
- Variance analysis and investigation
- Preparation of year end statutory accounts
- Liaise with external accountants and coordination of annual audit
- Overseeing transactional finance department including payroll, credit control and both purchase and sales ledger
