Group Financial Accountant with the opportunity to gain broad experience across financial accounts, management accounts and treasury. Ideal opportunity for a first / second time mover from practice.Responsibilities:* To aid with the prep of Group and subsidiary financial statements
* Prepare and review monthly group reconciliations under IFRS
* Prepare bank covenant reporting in line with Facilities Agreement
* Maintain external interest and hedging spreadsheet
* Review monthly divisional management accounts submissions and reconciliations
* Consolidate monthly divisional submissions for Group MI pack
* Assist with acquisition integration of newly-acquired companies
* Perform ad hoc finance projects as and when requiredSkills and experience:* Qualified accountant with audit background
* Experience of Group consolidations
* Experience of both IFRS and FRS 102
* Highly proficient in Excel
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to work to tight deadlinesGroup Financial Accountant
