Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team! This person will be a key member of our business and will work closely with the CEO, as well as other members of the leadership team.

Responsibilities

?? Develop property level budgets and forecasts

?? Build and maintain detailed analyses related to property valuation and asset performance

?? Prepare analysis and provide recommendations associated with investor distribution amounts

?? Research loan document covenants as it pertains to leasing, future funding, escrow reimbursements, and other covenants as necessary

?? Build financial models and perform scenario analysis using Excel and Argus

?? Perform various investment and underwriting processes

?? Manage and update deals on internal pipeline

?? Assist with closing acquisitions and dispositions

?? Create multifamily underwriting models and complete underwriting analysis on multifamily, industrial, and office assets

?? Craft investment offering packages for prospective investors and lenders

?? Conduct buyer interviews and provide brokers with guidance for LOI's

Asset Management

?? Lead brokers through "BOV" and marketing process

?? Audit and track business plan progress (Cost Audits, Renovations, Rental Premiums, etc.)

?? Analyze, conduct, and assist with refinances (Agency and Bank)

?? Update and run reports to send to LP's in preparation for asset management meetings

?? Conduct ad hoc analysis to determine exit/future strategies (Refinances/Dispositions/Investor Buyouts)

?? Responsible for developing contacts through attending networking events

?? Collaborate, train, and assist other members of the financial team

?? Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned



Experience

?? At least 5–10 years of relevant work experience

?? Experience with Agency and Bank Lending (ARM's and Rate Caps, Fixed, Swaps, etc.)

?? Experience with GP/LP Dynamic (Worked with PE Firms and HNW Individuals)

?? Knowledge of various software programs (ARGUS, Yardi, RedIQ, Microsoft Suite, Adobe)


Skills


?? Expert ability to create financial models in Excel

??Ability to analyze Income Statements and Balance Sheets

??Detailed–oriented with strong administrative and analytical skills

??Self–starter comfortable working alone or with a team within a flexible with workflow

??Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Sick Time

Accrued sick time may be used after an employee has worked a minimum of 90 days.
