JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
  •  Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff on full spectrum of daily accounting function.
  • Manage the monthly financial account closing process including on reviewing the journal entries, reconciliation, inventory, fixed assets, invoicing, receipt and report preparation.
  • Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of monthly management account closing, reporting and variance analysis.
  • To collaborate and work closely with other departments relate to accounting issues and monthly closing activity.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of all accounting documentation and records.
  • Assists in identifying and resolving operational issues relate to accounting.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents to assists in the audit and tax process.
  • Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards, taxation regulations, government regulatory bodies and company policies.
  • Other jobs assigned by the superior and management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification in ACCA / CIMA / CPA.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Minimum 2 years in audit experience is an added advantage.
  • Technical sound in accounting & reporting standards, financial statutory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysia taxation.
  • Agreeable to transfer to Bukit Raja location office in due course.
  • Matured, self-motivated, result oriented and able to work as a team member.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
  • Ability to direct, supervise and coach.
  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage resource usage and prioritize task for timely completion.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel skills, knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
  • Experience in handling Foreign Exchange control is an added advantage.

Location               Based in KL office (2 - 3 years) and transfer to Bukit Raja, Klang Office
Working Hours     0800 - 1640 (Monday to Friday)
