Responsible for expense accounting and estimate functions, spreadsheet preparation and maintenance and invoice processing.
- Create and update financial spreadsheets and reporting documents
- Process invoices and track payments
- Book expense journal entries and prepare supporting detail
- Assist in the preparation and inputting of monthly budget and LRP submissions
- Work on ad hoc finance projects as needed
Required Skills
- 2-3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience in the media industry, preferably in television
- Excellent Excel skills to develop and maintain large spreadsheets and financial models quickly, accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Strong organization skills
