AVP5 (FLF Business Analyst) - OSPL - Global Markets and Connectivity

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day system support to new and existing Forex (FX) clients in areas of systems connectivity, API integration, support business with installations and monitoring of system stability performance
Manage all incoming enquiries and system issues reported, troubleshooting on the desk and incident tracking to resolution
Manage vendor relationships and Client IT team for any system related matters and new implementations
Engage Group Legal, Compliance and any relevant departments for review of new contracts and service discussions with vendors
Monitor project timelines and milestones in accordance to the project goals and deliverables for the FX business
Maintenance of key business IT procedures and perform UAT testing for FX platform enhancement
Onboard new Outsourced Vendors and perform Outsourcing Due Diligence Review of the existing Outsourced Vendors on an annual basis to ensure compliance to regulatory and business procedures (e.g. RCSA, RRSA and CSA assessment)
Liaison for both internal and external audits on Business and IT, as well as handle information requested by Regulators, Exchanges and Auditors
Handle all system payments relating to the FX Business
Prepare system reports and slides for management reporting or meetings
Also provide support of other BAU activities of the department as and when required

Requirements:

Proficient with FX systems and knowledge of the FX business would also be strongly preferred
Excellent analytical skills with an ability to resolve issues independently
Meticulous yet able to multi-task and cope with changes and diversity in a fast-paced environment
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Possess initiative, drive, and ability to work independently and be a good team player
Good communication skills in written and verbal, able to work under stress in the FX environment
Degree holder or above, preferably with a major in Business or Finance IT or Computer Science, or equivalent
