Job summary
As part of Azqore Business Services department, the Lead Business Analyst has the ownership of the functional domains implementation. During the execution phase, she/he is in charge of the process definition, the specifications of the core banking system configuration, the change management, the specific developments (gaps) specifications, the testing and the deployment.
During the test phase, she/he prepares and run test cases and follows the defects correction with IT teams. She/he also has a key role in data reconciliation during the Migration Dry Run and Dress Rehearsal. She/he works in liaison with business stakeholders, project managers, IT teams and architects.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Translate business specifications into IT solution
- Translate functional specifications into configuration specifications
- Configure the core banking system according to collected specifications.
- Deliver gap specifications and configuration specifications in accordance to the conclusion of the workshops.
- Support business in running User Acceptance Tests.
- Write and run functional test cases and document test evidences.
- Support data reconciliation during Migration Dry Run and Dress Rehearsal.
- Analyze incidents during pre and post implementation phases and support IT in defect correction.
- Estimate the analysis and test effort, and the estimated time to complete
Organization, management and execution activities:
- Plan and track workshops in liaison with all concerned stakeholders
- Prepare, run and minute definition workshops with business stakeholders.
- Present and document business processes; define Target Operating Models
- Support IT in writing detailed specifications and in data mapping.
- Provide specific trainings.
- Support the Project Manager to deliver the project plan
- Deliver on-time and on-budget
Communication, contact, sales activities support:
- Communicate with business experts and understand their language
- Interaction with IT to explain the business requirements and to support them during their development
