Accenture CFO&EV Practice has expertise in delivering Shared Services Transformations, Target operating model definition, Zero Based Organization/Zero Based Spend Full Cycle, Intelligent Enterprise Platforms Transformation/Automation, Enterprise Performance Management Strategy implementation, F&PA Process Design and Blueprints, AI-Powered Planning & Forecasting, Digital Reporting & Analytics, Enabling Technologies, Tax Process Automation, Treasury Strategy, Working Capital Optimization, Risk Strategy And Assessment, Cyber Resilience and Security, Financial Crime & Regulatory Compliance, Data Driven Consulting, Client Value Analysis, SAP BPC and S/4 HANA green field and brown field transformations with 100+ projects per year.
Brief Profile: We are looking for a candidate who can bring finance knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities to our clients to deliver business value
• To work with leading global clients to develop and execute system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, etc. in Finance technology solutions in SAP, Blackline, Trintech, Concur, Ariba, readsoft etc..
• Work may require extensive travel (international/within India) to client sites for project work
Key responsibilities of the role:
Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
• Carrying out gap analysis between As-Is processes and Best Practices
• Assisting in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
• Designing to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies
• Assisting in designing of reporting requirements for operational reports, service level
• Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis
• Lead project delivery of BlackLine module / application design, blueprint, solutioning, modeling, proof-of-concept development, etc.
• Engage and lead client conversations, leading workshops and presenting to client stakeholders in management reviews, steercos
• Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
• Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients
Reports to: Sr. Management and/or Client Leads
Supervises: May lead immediate project team of Leads, Senior Consultants/Analysts and Junior Consultants/Analysts
External Relationships: Clients, Third party vendors, Suppliers, Agencies
Qualifications
Must be a Post Graduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A with at least 4-7 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain • At least 1 end to end project in one or more core BlackLine modules (Account Reconciliation, Task Management, Transaction Matching, Journals, Variance etc. • BlackLine certification would be an added advantage • 3-8 years of work experience preferably candidates from BPO, Consulting firms or Companies involved in setting up of Captive Shared Services • Functional experience in Finance transformation projects across all or any of the phases i.e Plan, design, Build, Test and Deploy, preferably involving implementation of Enabling technology, tools and Software applications • Experience working with a Management Consulting firm is preferred. • Experience with either one or more of the following ERP financials applications from a Business Analysis & Functional Design perspective is preferred: PeopleSoft, Oracle or SAP, Experience on shared service feasibility studies, design as well as operations including transition of work from onsite location
