I am partnering with a dynamic and forward thinking Financial Services organisation in the search for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in IT Service Management.
The business is growing and looking to become more Technically robust by building out its ITSM function.
The organisation requires someone Technically very strong but also able to converse freely with key business stakeholders and external vendors. Hence, strong communication and stakeholder management skills are an absolute must.
It is highly desirable that this individual has strong Service Mapping skills and a background within Systems Integration, coupled with the full suite of Atlassian tools; namely JIRA and Confluence.
