Your new company
Our client is a Department of the Queensland Government who seek to benefit the State by implementing policies, services and programs of work by the elected Government. Due to a peak in workload, they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Business Analyst to add to their Accommodation and Portfolio planning team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Department Lead, you will be tasked with management the provision of support services to the users of Property Management Systems by providing advice, developing processes and delivering operations for staff across the department. Furthermore, you will be required to review existing and ongoing agreements and assist with the development of new processes, where necessary, regarding the Asset Management plan. In addition to the above, you will be responsible for; continually developing the Property Management System, ensure business systems are managed and monitored, liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the department and manage appropriate Property Management financial tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidates will most likely have a strong background in Strategic Asset Management plans and Property Management Systems on a large portfolio for either an asset owner, consultancy or government department. Government experience is preferred but not essential. Experience in handling portfolios and running financial reports on Portfolio's is imperative to the role. Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skills alongside outstanding written and verbal communication skills are imperative to the success of this position.
