Our goal is to delight our customers and clients with fast, secure, and resilient payment capabilities. Enabling Real Time Payments is a key enabler of this goal and we are therefore ramping up activities to support the delivery of these new and exciting payment capabilities.

The role sits within the Payments Capability function which consists of several Feature Teams. This role will be predominantly focused on delivering against our Real Time Payments capabilities however will also have the opportunity to support other payment initiatives. This role will work closely with the Payments Product owner helping shape and inform backlog prioritisation and feature refinement as well as ongoing engagement with the teams Engineers in detailed story refinement.

You will join as a senior Business Analyst to lead the refinement activities across our payments epics and features. In this role, you will need to engage across many feature teams and business functions to help shape associated features across Digital Channels, Fraud, Finance and Case Management to name a few. You will use your experience in the delivery of real time payment capabilities with a deep understanding of the NPP Regulatory and Procedural requirements.

Operating within an enterprise agile environment you will work with the team and other internal and external stakeholders to perform requirement analysis, feature refinement and story writing. You will bring to this role very strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate across many teams.

We work in a DevOps environment where production is always our number 1 feature, and this role offers the opportunity to bring your Subject Matter Expert skillset and continuous learning mindset to improve and grow.

Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with experience on NPP initiatives and deep knowledge of Australian domestic payment schemes?
