Job Description

About the role:

Reporting to the Logistics Finance Manager, the successful candidate will support the logistics team by analysing the cost to deliver finished goods and supply chain warehouse management.

• Weekly and monthly preparation of operational financial reports
• Assist with reporting analysis - working closely with key member of each functions (logistics and warehouse)
• Preparation of month end journal postings for accruals
• Reconciliation of logistics cost accounts
• Develop adhoc business analysis to provide transparency and tracking to senior management

About you:

• Experience to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Background in transportation or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience
• High level of MS Excel literacy.
• Tableau and MS Access knowledge is an advantage
• Comfortable in data manipulation to provide useful insights
• Tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or business
• Eligibility to work in Australia
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills
