They are currently on the lookout for a Payroll Manager to partner with HR, IT & Finance to deliver an efficient, cost-effective, risk-averse, compliant and customer-centric payroll function.

Your new role
As Payroll Manager, benefit from a leadership group who are solution-focused, have appetite for change and overall, empower their employees to succeed. Partnering with the Business Leadership team, your duties will be as follows:

• Managing a large team
• Engagement with and empowerment of current payroll team
• Execution of system upgrade
• Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Assisting with implementation projects
• Participate and contribute to cross functional company projects

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience leading implementation projects
• Proven experience leading a medium to large team
• Past experience delivering a large payroll function 5000+ employees
