A rare opportunity presents itself to join large ASX listed Property and Infrastructure business as a Senior Finance Analyst. You would be joining a high performing business unit, that operates at a fast pace, whilst providing deep insights and driving reporting requirements across various projects and developments.

The company is looking for someone who is naturally driven, with a hunger to learn. You will deal directly with senior stakeholders along with other senior management across the business.

Working in a high-profile team, you will ideally have prior experience working in the Property and/or Infrastructure industry and help deliver critical capital infrastructure to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.

Role & Responsibility

Working closely with senior stakeholders, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Development and maintenance of forecast models for CAPEX program
  • Consolidate monthly and quarterly reporting packs
  • Financial management of CAPEX budgets for all projects
  • Partner with Project Managers to provide analytical insights based on financial and operational data
  • Help further improve reports and dashboards for all management reporting
  • Build business case financials providing robust investment assessments
  • Assist in preparing the business plan and re-forecast
  • Assist with balance sheet management and cash flow reporting
  • Provide financial support to current and future projects
  • Lead any ad-hoc tasks when required

Profile

To be successful in this role you will need to prove skills and abilities in line with below:
  • CA/CPA qualified with a Big 4 Audit background preferable
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Property and Infrastructure industry - CAPEX
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding verbal communication and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word skills
  • Strong system skills - Power BI or similar a preference
  • A minimum of 3 years post qualified experience
  • Ability to work constructively within a team
