An accountancy practice with an excellent reputation, undergoing sustained positive growth and expansion is looking for a Payroll Administrator or Senior Administrator to join its successful team, based in Medway. There is also an opportunity to get exposure to personal tax too, dependent on experience and interest; or the role can be solely within payroll.

Based in Medway, this highly reputable accountancy practice acts for a wide spectrum of clients across small one director businesses to significant sized OMBs and larger clients across varied industries and employee numbers and you will have exposure to these varied clients with wide ranging employee sizes, managing the delivery of a quality payroll service.

Description
Joining as Payroll Administrator or Senior Administrator based in the firms offices in Medway with parking on site, you will be responsible for the delivery of payroll services (weekly / monthly etc ) to a very wide spectrum of clients, deal with queries and advice clients on technical issues and assist with other projects as you develop within the firm and role.
You will also take on responsibility as you develop within the firm and role, taking the reigns on delivering a quality service to this client and building strong relationships. You will undertake processing and act as initial point of contact for other clients as well. You will carve a pivotal role within the firms payroll department and progress in your career, with increasing responsibility. Profile
You will have a career background in payroll, ideally within an accountancy practice environment, or bureau environment. Alternatively, you may have a career background specialising in payroll, within industry and commerce, which could also work, equally well, should you be able to demonstrate the right skills and approach to dealing with multiple payrolls. You will be looking to further your career in this field, developing within a leading firm of chartered accountants, where you will have the backing and support to progress. Full time or part time hours can be explored.
Job Offer
£25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience and background, plus benefits.
