Requirements:Minimum of 5-years experience in Collections in a management position 2.
  • Proven experience in management of a Collections contact centre 3.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Duties:
    Call centre managementManage a team of Client Liaison officers, admin and other staff supporting the Collections functionStaff rosteringMonitoring staff attendance.Monitoring call volumes and call system to ensure the call centre is running smoothly at all times. Disciplining of staff should they deter from company procedures.Assist the team with providing good customer service specific to each client.Identification and management of fraud by the staff.Navigate through various reports to provide feedback to management and collections team.Review of agents calls and notes on the system to ensure adherence to company proceduresRecruitment of appropriate staff for the optimised functioning of the portfolio.Training and onboarding of new staff.To ensure your direct and indirect reports are set key performance indicators and personal objectives which will complement their Personal Development Plans and that they are regularly reviewed against target.To coach & develop staff and encourage continuous personal development so they can meet and improve their key performance indicators and personal objectives.Should you meet all the requirements email your cv to [Email Address Removed]
