Kforce's client, a major tax preparation service in Long Island City, New York (NY), is seeking a talented Tax Preparer. Summary: The ideal candidate will prepare primarily Individual (1040) tax returns. This person will work with outstanding professionals and develop solid tax expertise. Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2+ years of tax return (1040) prep experience
  • Some 1065 and 1120 experience is a plus, as is experience with QuickBooks
  • Solid computer skills
  • Well spoken, detail oriented, dedicated, and professional approach
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
