Position Summary:
The Finance Manager IBU - Pulse COE is accountable for the financial leadership, financial management, and financial performance of the Pulse Centers of Excellence (COEs). The Finance Manager optimizes the financial and operational performance; achieves organizational objectives and strategic goals; leads efforts to improve operations across Pulse COEs and monitors metrics, including staffing, labor productivity, overtime, and serves as a key resource to monitor budget variances. The incumbent partners with clinical and operational leaders at Pulse (across the system) to provide guidance and share financial talent to maximize on financial opportunities; identify opportunities for improvement and lead the execution of financial improvement initiatives - translating financial targets into actionable operating objectives. The incumbent partners with the Finance Manager IBU - Pulse to deliver appropriate reporting, analytics, budgeting, benchmarking, and ad-hoc analyses.
Minimum Requirements:
Six (6) years of progressively responsible finance experience in a healthcare environment.
Additional years of finance or accounting related experience in a private practice healthcare setting is highly desired.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required. Master's degree preferred.
