Job Description

This role will require you to work closely with various relevant stakeholders in the review, design and implementation of new systems and process change.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in working with stakeholders to arrange workshops to capture requirements
- Minute down discussions and provide feedback on the workshops
- Differentiate stakeholders wants versus needs versus good to have
- Review documentation to ensure that the workshops points are captured
- Involvement in process change initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas Qualifications

Requirements:
• Team player who has a good attitude
• Must have an eye for details
• Good listener
• Able to communicate clearly to various stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
• Comfortable with challenges and new experiences
