In this role, you will be responsible to build statistical models like regression / predictive modeling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Collect, coordinate, and validate data from a variety of vendors and data sources for modeling.
- Media mix modeling: This helps to understand the estimated return on marketing investment for all coordinated marketing elements and by component (TV, Print, Radio and Internet).It explains how each marketing element contributed to sales increases/decreases. Run optimization and simulation scenarios to help provide the marketing investment and allocation recommendations to client
- Brand Health Monitoring System: To find relationship between paid, earned media elements, brand awareness and purchase intent. Determining the relationship of awareness to subsequent purchase intent was fundamental to the success of the analysis.
- Prepare Power Point decks with results of statistical analysis for internal and client presentations.
- You may have to at time work during global hours in order to connect with other teams working in different time zones. There may also be possibilities for any business travels locally or outside the country
- University M.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent
- Rich work experience in Media mix modeling
- Attention to data detailing and accuracy.
- Expert level experience in at least one of the analytics tools such as SAS/ Python/SPSS/R etc.
- Ability to work independently in a team to research innovative solutions to exciting business problems
- Should possess good interpersonal skills and must be a phenomenal teammate
- Should have basic experience in MS-Office applications like Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook etc.
