In this role, you have the opportunity to

identify of automation use cases via systematic process analysis and assessment of the automation potential. Will work closely with business users and function managers to support automation funnel creation. RPA BA will map as-is and to-be process flow, assess business case and prepare required process documentation for RPA Developers. RPA BA will coordinate UATs and facilitate communication between the operations (business user) and RPA Development team. Will monitor and coordinate RPA projects in all functions of GBS Hub Łódź.

You are responsible for
  • Analyze all processes in Hub in order to assess automation potential
  • Translates business requirements into RPA business case and maps the as-is and to-be process state based on Functional Requirement Specifications;
  • Helps Delivery Manager to coordinate RPA initiatives within the Hub in close cooperation with Function Leaders and Team Leaders.
  • Should understand process and business requirements and execute bot demo/s to the business users
  • Facilitates UATs with business user and RPA Developer
  • Prior to UAT validates that solution meets business requirements;
  • Responsible to validate test plan and functional test cases and sign off acceptance of the product;
  • May Support E2E VSM activities in order to identify opportunities for RPA implementation.
  • Verify and resource selected RPA improvements in CI Network, track overall progress and identify possibilities to scale up same bot in other Markets/Hubs
  • Be focal contact point with RPA COE in Chennai and other Regional RPA teams
  • Build RPA awareness within the Hub.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Master's degree
  • Min. 1 year of experience in RPA Business Analyst role or equivalent of Business Analyst of min. 3 years.
  • 4+ years' experience in shared services operational environment is preferred
  • Highly developed analytical skills and coordination skills
  • Experienced in Process mapping (ie. Visio) and proficient MS Office user
  • Technical affinity and interest in business process automation roles would be an asset (opportunity to upskill to RPA Junior Developer)
  • Strong transformation and change management mindset
  • Problem solving approach
  • Strong communicator with effective influencing skill in a matrix setting
  • Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
  • Practical experience with Lean would be plus
