We are adding to ourteam of Business Analysts - JD Edwards Application Specialists that are dedicatedto the delivery of innovative solutions into the J.D. Irving Divisions running JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.2.
Job Responsibilities& Accountabilities:
- Deliver business value through the implementation and optimization of JD Edwards
- Seek out opportunities to improve end user interactions and experience with JD Edwards and deliver against those opportunities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Prepare, document, and present process documentation and solution designs
- Build consensus and alignment of process changes and solutions across all levels of the organization
Position Requirements,Education and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience (i.e. Business Analyst, Support, Power User) in JD Edwards applications (preference to Sales & Distribution, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Inventory)
- Bachelor's degree required: (preference to Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Commerce)
- A strong aptitude for technology and systems, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated success with business requirements analysis, group facilitation, gap analysis, process mapping, design, and formal systems development lifecycle methodology as part of a business transformation
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- High energy, adaptability, and sense of urgency
PreferredQualifications/Competencies:
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications/ experience would be an asset
