Your new role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable function and your core duties will include:
- Timely and accurate processing and payment of invoices
- Payment runs
- Matching, batching and coding
- Liaising with suppliers on a daily basis to follow up on inquiries
- Creating purchase orders
- Supplier statement reconciliation
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a high-volume environment is essential
- Previous experience using SAP would be highly desirable
- Previous experience in Manufacturing or Construction environments would be advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Effective communication skills
