Summary

The role will work closely with the i.Patient Manager (i.PM) Offering Manager to ensure that Offering features, functional and technical requirements are accurately defined, documented, prioritized and communicated to all relevant parties which include an off-shore development team. This will also be done by assessing each Roadmap Item and understanding the business drivers and values to both the Customers and DXC.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide knowledge of the offering or portfolio, support presales work and ongoing product development and support. Working with multi-disciplinary and functional and technical teams across the business including clinical domain experts and customers.

• Lead, identify, define and document detailed business requirements and functional content features needed to meet requirements. Ensure that the offering meets customer business requirements. This is to include innovative and/or competitive features to support and expand the healthcare markets where DXC is operational or plans to enter.

• Identify potential uses for offering and technologies, investigate and resolve matters of significance and design strategies to ensure that the offering meets business needs. Liaison with technical and development teams to ensure the software meets the requirements specified.

• Analyse and document clients' business requirements and processes and communicate these requirements by accurately defining feature and functional requirements, to specify application behaviours into quality business requirement documents and functional designs.

• Provide input for test scenarios and review and update tests scripts and ensure feedback from testing is accurately managed and feedback is provided to development for new requirements and fixes.

• Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications. This will be done by assessing each item to ascertain relevance to offering strategy, scope, impact, priority and business process change required. Be able to articulate decisions, including rejection of an item to internal and external stakeholders.

• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions. • Support the Offering Manager and colleagues in defining standard business processes and defining solution services and mapping these to standard business processes and care activities/functional transactions.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Offering Managers driving the development needed to support the solution so that developed application software can be readily solutionised for use in the domain across all markets in which DXC is marketing solutions.

• Ensure that clinical safety risks and issues are identified and appropriately managed within all stages of the software development lifecycle; supporting the clinical safety quality assurance lead.

Maintain existing and build new relationships with customers and organisations and maintain knowledge of market trends and business drivers whilst ensuring the content is up to date and in line with best practice.

• Facilitate the marketing and reference ability of the offerings (creating collateral, defining expert demonstration scripts, case studies). Work with colleagues and relevant third parties on review and testing to ensure clinical safety.

• Actively engage in and focus on the achievement of 'quality' deliverables, through process compliance, collaborative working, innovative thinking and proactive management, aiming to optimise quality and reduce levels of rework late in the lifecycle. Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in health information, business administration, information systems, or related field preferred

• Five or more years of business analysis experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare IT industry

• Experience in a customer facing role, interfacing with all levels, is beneficial

• Functional understanding of existing healthcare software
