Senior Business Analyst - Retail

The role

The role requires a strong core BA skillset - but you need to have experience within e-commerce, order management / warehouse management systems. On top of this you need to be well practiced working within an AGILE setup with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with key business / technical stakeholders to gather requirement
• Understand the setup of retail businesses and specifically be able to add value around online/e-commerce, supply chain as well as warehouse & order management systems
• Lead the validation of system requirements and process
• Address any requirement queries or issues that arise throughout the delivery process
• Translate business needs into system or product requirements with clear, concise and testable user stories & process flows
• Translate business needs in a clear and concise manner

Candidate Experience

• Business Analysis experience with a strong preference for retail sector
• Must have hands on experience working in AGILE environments
• Experience working within e-commerce / supply chain / order management and warehouse management systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills
