Experience within Client Accounts is essential as the role will be very busy from the start, you will be the sole Client Accountant so you will need to be able to hit the ground running. This role is perfect for someone with a few years' experience who would like to manage their own department in the future as the company grows. Yardi experience is essential.

Client Accountant/Head of Client Accounts - Company Profile
This is a start up company who currently manage the portfolio for a very well-established Investment and Development firm based in Central London. They are looking to expand the company and bring on board other Investment firms in the near future so their portfolio will grow rapidly so the opportunities for future progression are very exciting.

Client Accountant/Head of Client Accounts - Key Duties
*Reconciling bank statements
*Processing rent daily
*Refund overpaid rents/holding deposit if necessary etc
*Checking & processing deposit releases - making deductions, paying tenants/landlords share and paying TDS if there's a dispute
*Dealing with overseas landlord tax and making sure the landlord has completed an NRL1 form
*Dealing with supplier invoices

Client Accountant/Head of Client Accounts - Character
*Experience with Yardi Voyager
*At least 2/3 years experience as a Client Acountant
*Numerically minded
*Able to self-manage
*Eye for detail & accuracy
*Positive outlook

Client Accountant/Head of Client Accounts - Package
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: £40-45k
