We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Oversee both the Reconciliation Reporting and Transaction Teams to ensure the daily calculations are performed in a timely manner and according to the relevant regulatory requirements Reviewing bank recs on a daily basis for multiple bank accounts for accuracy and completeness Review daily journals to the Management Accounts Team Assisting in the global statutory audit process Participate actively in project work and product development initiatives often as project owner or lead Continually look at ways of building-up on processes, improving reconciliation robustness and introducing controls Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting or equivalent with a strong academic record Qualified ACA/ACCA, with FinTech or Financial Services experience (AAT qualified also considered) Highly numerate, with strong analytical skills and ability to work through problems logically Excellent knowledge of Excel Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels Extensive management skills, used to dealing with direct and indirect reporting lines Highly motivated and able to work towards tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment Knowledge of card schemes, alternative payment methods and payment solutions
