Job Description
The Successful Applicant:
- Directly reporting to the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Group;
- Oversight of the company’s finance, treasury and cash management, debt facilities, risk management, audits, tax compliance, terms of trade and accounting projects & analysis of the overall group;
- Monitoring and appraising the Group’s financial performance and maintain a strong internal control environment;
- To collaborate and assess organizational performance against both budgeting, forecasting, contributing to overall strategy and investment prioritization;
- Serve as a member of executive leadership team. Participate in assessment, deliberation and decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution;
- To perform detailed review and analysis of group and entity level results that serve to support business/operational and strategic decisions;
- To lead in investor briefings;
- To develop and maintain a strong working relationship with bankers and other funding organizations;
- To lead fundraising events for club deal and issuance of bonds;
- To ensure funding lines are in place and proactively manage with bankers
The Successful Applicant:
- Qualified Accountant with minimum 15 years of working experience in property development, capital investment, financial services & relevant field as CFO with PRC exposure;
- Bachelor in Finance / Accounting or related function. Masters or MBA preferred;
- Solid experience gained both in Hong Kong listed company and Investment banking are a MUST;
- Track record to excel in different cultures of environment including local / PRC / MNC exposure would be ideal
