Job Description:
- Responsible for timely and accurate management reporting, not limited to management reports, financial projection/estimates and balance sheet reconciliation.
- Involve in review company budget, provide annual budget to management as well as production costing.
- Reviewing the operating costs with HODs, monitoring cost and controlling.
- Responsible for generating estate or department expenses report and sending the reports to respective estate or departments.
- Prepare analysis of financial and operational and production performance including trends and variances.
- Identify and drive accounting and finance process efficiencies and improvements.
- Preparing presentation slides and paper for management meetings.
- A qualified CIMA/ACCA or any accounting related qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field or oil palm plantations industry.
- Ale to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, organised and has a keen eye for details.
