FINANCE OFFICER \u002F EXECUTIVE

A well-known, established hospital of more than 100 years in the industry, currently looking for talent to join us.
So what is your role be?

You will need to handle accounts receivables including reconciliations - banks with credit card merchants
You will need to carry out daily and monthly reconciliation of banking accounts and cash book, advanced debtors/deposits, credit card clearing accounts, credit card manual refund, cash clearing account, cash floats for cash received and petty cash reimbursement and replenishment, and salaries and allowance
You will need to handle daily cash balances (bank & cash book) report, daily and monthly accounting for CMD
You will need to monitor Daily Fixed Deposit and prepare documents for withdrawal and new placement, and update Fixed Deposit schedule, daily update of stock write-off and monitor stock adjustment, daily costing and pricing of consumables and services
You will need to prepare monthly schedules for management reports and for audit
You are required to ensure that Debtors Ledger, Creditor Ledger, Inventory Report tally to General Ledger and ageing report.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates must possess Degree in Accounting and/or professional accounting qualification ACCA / CIMA /MICPA.
Fresh graduates with at least 3 years' experience in audit are encourage to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office which include the use of pivot table, "V-lookup" and other information analysis functions;
Candidate must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English preferably able to communicate in Mandarin
Exposure in SAP, audit and hospital industry will be an added advantage
Candidate must be proactive, dynamic leader and team player with good analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, results-oriented, problem solver, able to work independently, and committed to meet tight deadlines and objectives
