Responsiblities:
- Responsible for the full set of accounts of the Company and ensure meeting all requirements of applicable approved accounting standards.
- Monitor the work of all staff in the finance department and review and/or approve all records prepared by the relevant staff.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of the staff and identify the areas of improvement.
- Identify the needs of training required for the staff and conduct internal/on-the job training as necessary.
- Implement the internal control procedures as deemed required and reporting to the board of directors for any deficiencies noted.
- Coordinate and communicate with all the departments for information required for the purpose of accounting records and analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including the actual management accounts and comparison of budget and explain the variances noted.
- Prepare budgets on the Company's performances for the next 12 months and long term projection
- Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or tertiary education with approved professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, MACPA, or equivalents.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Preferably Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
