About the Role - Business Analyst
Amazon Seller Services is looking for a talented, customer-focused Business Analyst to join our team. Your primary focus will be to bring out deep insights from analyzing data of programs which span across multiple countries. You will define the data elements and data structure that our team canleverage to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for our product/program team. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. within SQL, Redshift, etc. You will be required to design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale as we expand solutions in new and existing marketplaces.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage the business metrics reporting process
• Benchmark Seller and Customer experience across marketplaces
• Drive ad-hoc analysis on customer behavior and market trends
• Collaborate with Program and Products Managers across marketplaces to come up with new customer opportunities/insights

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Computer Sceince, Statistics, Mathematics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with large amounts of ambiguous data
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in ETL, SQL, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while retaining strong attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with a modern programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, etc.)
