About the role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst - Replenishment to join our Supermarkets finance team. You will partner directly with the Head of Group Replenishment, the Replenishment and Commercial Leadership teams and the Food Finance Leadership team supporting thebusiness in delivering on our Inventory and Working Capital strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Providing insight on Inventory and Working Capital performance
  • Identifying and working with stakeholders on the implementation of opportunities that improve our Working Capital cycle
  • Providing commercial insights on working capital for the annual and strategic planning cycles
  • Continuing our always improving and transformation journey
  • Representing replenishment and commercial at the monthly Working Capital Governance forum presenting to the FD of Supermarkets and Food Group
  • Lead the development of one direct report


About you

  • Finance related degree and CA/CPA qualified
  • Demonstratable knowledge of inventory and working capital cycles
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience (SAP and Business Objects) and advanced excel/modelling skills
