A Federal Government Department has a need for an EL1 Finance Business Partner, this rare opportunity will allow you to work in this highly sought after department in their ICT division.
Your new role
You will be expected to performed tasks that are inclusive of but not limited to the following;
You will also be in a position to make changes and improvements to the current processes with the aim to create more streamlined and efficient work procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
Alongside prior experience in a similar business partnering role, you will possess a bent for process improvement and change and experience within an ICT environment. You will have a proven track record of in financial management and possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your new role
You will be expected to performed tasks that are inclusive of but not limited to the following;
- Liaising with stakeholders - influence internal relationships and champion process improvements for the business area you are supporting,
- Financial analysis - providing support to FAS and AS of the whole department,
- Financial reporting - report on the spending's within the section through the use of excel spreadsheets and other reporting tools,
- Internal Budgeting - identify the needs within the team and set the budget accordingly, and
- Financial modelling /Forecasting -responsible for the annual budget of your division while conducting the quarterly forecasts and period projections.
You will also be in a position to make changes and improvements to the current processes with the aim to create more streamlined and efficient work procedures.
