The Company

Our client is fast-growing company looking for your exceptional skills as a Senior Bookkeeper / Accounts Team Lead. The Role

This role is supporting the Manager Accounting Operations, working with clients of the firm with daily and quarterly bank reconciliations. You will be responsible for performing both AP/AR, managing cash flows, supporting the payroll function, and providing monthly management reports. You will also look after onboarding new bookkeeping clients, including the clean-up and reconciliation of poorly kept books, ready to be handed over to the ARO team for ongoing maintenance. You will also be responsible for training and quality assurance of work.

Your Skills & Experience
  • Additional qualifications such as CPA or CA is nice but not necessary
  • Exceptional previous bookkeeping experience.
  • Brilliant skills in XERO
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Brilliant organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritise tasks.
