Our client is very established and a well known business. They are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their head office in Liverpool.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director
- Processing of all international invoices.
- Monthly International Supplier Reconciliations.
- Supplier Maintenance for International Suppliers.
- Filing and archiving of international invoices.
- Accurate and timely payment of international suppliers
- Building a relationship with our international suppliers
- Ensuring internal control objectives are being maintained
- Provide monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience using a ERP system
- Previous experience dealing with international clients
- Leadership skills would be an advantage
- Experience with an automated system
