You will work directly the Head of Global Product Delivery and will be charged with developing an Accounting/Reconciliations process.

What you will be responsible for

As Accounting and Reconciliation Lead, MD you will

You would lead two independent teams

  • One team will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a real time accounting/reconciliations for the NA, utilizing the Geneva Accounting platform.
  • Second Team will be responsible for producing a general ledger reconciliation and will reconciliation the ledgers of the MCH NAV to the Geneva NAV daily.
  • Will need to manage a team the will be heavily located in processing hubs in order to take advantage of the world clock and SME expertise.
  • Works closely the Client Executive Team, Relationship Management Team to ensure that service expectations are being met and client strategy being driven to expectations.
  • Ensures client satisfaction with these services received from the State Street organization, deepens our executive level relationships.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Masters or MBA preferred
