Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver applications functionality, across in-place applications and new systems, that meet business requirements Drive adoption of IT applications functionality through organization change management Develop and upkeep Business Process maps and documentations of business' processes Develop and upkeep Application functionality, data maps and documentations of the Group IT applications ecosystem Design and deliver application functionality, across in-place applications and new systems, that meet business requirements Manage the project and enhancement demand from the business, in the face of competing priorities across different business units, architecture, and delivery constraints Develop talent to facilitate growth of IT Business Analysis in the team

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate into functional requirements and success criteria
- Design solution functionality and functional specifications for systems
- Design and conduct testing (SIT, UAT) and user training for systems
- Design integration of data and applications across the ecosystem to meet requirements
- Engage vendors and internal suppliers for the delivery of systems within project timeline and budget
- Deliver solution documentations and training manuals
- Support development of business case(s) for IT investments
- Design and plan application rollout and release strategy to gain user adoption and traction
- Co-design organization change management plan with business and drive the adoption of new business processes as operationalized through IT systems functionality
- Co-drive organization change management with business owners
- Map out the current business processes across Business Units, to a L4 (or 5) level of detail
- Map out the to-be business processes across Business Units, in conjunction with business planners
- Map out the business data used across the processes, key performance indicators, roles and measures of success for business teams and stakeholders in the process
- Map out the ecosystem of applications and data used by the business, to a L4 (or 5) level of detail, and the interaction of the systems with business processes
- Plan and map out a to-be ecosystem of functionality to support future state business requirements
- Measure and track adoption of applications across the ecosystem, within the context of the business and the business processes supported
- Develop insights into the business and where IT systems can deliver business value
- Identify, nurture and develop opportunities into concrete projects for enhancements and systems to improve business outcomes
- To manage the demand for systems and enhancements with stakeholders, so that business decisions are made with clear cost-benefit cases
- Build strategic relationships and alliances with stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations
- Establish and operate a business value and investment prioritization framework
- Provide training and mentorship to other team members on IT Business Analysis skills
- To develop a roadmap for the team to build up IT Business Analysis capability
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in information systems, Business, Management Science or other relevant field of study
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT Business Analysis or related role
- Experience with business processes design and measurement, and business process re-engineering and/or business transformation
- Experience managing and delivering on functional requirements for IT systems, and mapping out IT systems and enabling and training users
- Experience with RFIs, RFPs, a full cycle of a project implementation, and working with Agile methodology
