Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, MIS & Reporting

In this role, the candidate will work with a leading Commercial Bank. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with the Salesforce Sales Leaders to support our operations in Salesforce and related tools. They will be responsible for data management, general administration, data merge and consultation on large initiative associated with the Salesforce database. We strive to empower Sales Teams to be more productive and successful through our solutions, service delivery on cases, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Work through an operational ticketing queue to resolve user requests/issues including: balancing security, merge duplicate leads, contacts, accounts and other Salesforce.com declarative options as necessary.
  • Prepare data files and upload the data into Salesforce.com using data loader.
  • Configure 3rd party tools such as Demand tool, People-Import and Dupe Blocker.
  • Build reports in Salesforce.com to meet operational requirements including maintaining a standard set of queries/reports to satisfy requirements; validate queries/reports built by others in the organization and assist in the interpretation of data.
  • Balance basic Salesforce.com administration tasks including user management, data extracts, uploads, inserts, data backups, sandbox refresh.
  • Have good functional knowledge and provide good customer experience through timely and appropriate communication as well as following through till issue resolution.
  • Lead all aspects of, monitor, and support the information security policy and protocols implementation, act as the point-person for data security questions and concerns, and periodically monitor data security to ensure compliance.

Qualifications
  • Graduate and Equivalent
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com & SFDC Cases Object
  • Knowledge of MS office tools

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in Salesforce Administrator - CRM tools and database management
  • Ability and experience in developing and supporting applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and the Force.com platform
  • Experience detailing and analyzing processes within Salesforce.
