Brief Profile: We are looking for a candidate who can bring finance knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities to our clients to deliver business value
• To work with leading global clients to develop and execute solutioning, system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, etc. of Finance technology solutions
• Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Lead client conversations at a senior management level to drive Enterprise Transformation engagements
• Draw comparative analysis of competing products around key features and functionalities in context to client requirements
• Conduct detail analysis of the client's current processes and technology landscape, formulate strategy and roadmap for process and technology transformation
• Draw on extensive functional and system knowledge and experience across Oracle suite of products to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis
• Understanding of key features/functionality of the competitive solutions to draw comparative analysis to help clients in software selection process.
• Conduct workshop to understand the high level business process requirements, perform gap analysis, project scoping and blueprinting.
• Conduct detail analysis of the client's current processes and technology landscape, formulate strategy and roadmap for process and technology transformation
• Lead Solution development and Client Presentations during pre-sales process to help Client see the value of the transformation programs and solution options
• Lead project delivery of Finance module / application design, blueprint, solutioning, modeling, proof-of-concept development, etc.
• Lead project planning exercise and guide Accenture Senior management/Clients in staffing of the projects
• Have a good understanding of all modules that integrate with ERP Finance module and play an active role in integration during design and implementation
• Engage and lead client conversations, leading workshops and presenting to client stakeholders in management reviews, steercos
• Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices and maturity
• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget
• Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journey and the assessment of project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients
• Lead Knowledge Sharing & Training sessions for Practice Capability Dev. within Accenture Platform teams
• Develop assets, accelerators in Oracle ERP space to take to market for business development

Reports to: Sr. Management and/or Client Leads

Supervises: May lead immediate project team of Leads, Senior Consultants/Analysts and Junior Consultants/Analysts

External Relationships: Clients, Third party vendors, Suppliers, Agencies

Qualifications

Qualifications: Must be a Postgraduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A with at least 7-10 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain 4+ years' experience of working on Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion 7+ years' experience of working on Oracle EBS 7+years' experience in Finance Technology relevant projects Experience: Technical Experience: Oracle Fusion Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) - (Mandatory) Oracle EBS Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA) (Mandatory) End to End O2C and P2P process (Preferable) Oracle FAH, PA (Preferable) Key Competencies and Skills: • Finance business process knowledge related to Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Treasury, etc. • Experience in executing Oracle On Prem to Cloud transformation engagements • Able to Lead Design Workshops independently. • Deep understanding on Building Business Cases for Financial Transformation engagements with Value offerings and key differentiators • Nice to have: Understanding projects with Agile environment and worked in Scrum environment with understanding of Sprints & Sprint planning • Experience in Oracle Transaction Business Intelligence (OTBI). • Understanding of Oracle EPM and Oracle Analytics Cloud • Supervision of Accenture analysts and consultants and client personnel to drive delivery outcomes • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
