Our client is a PE backed, high growth technology consultancy which works with a suite of top-tier ASX listed clients and is in prime position to grow through organic growth opportunities and a mandate for acquisitions both here in Australia and abroad. The client has deep expertise in an exciting sector that continues to develop and grow with the times, such as Data Analytics, AI, Digital and Cloud. The role will have you working directly with the Chief Financial Officer in a multi-faceted role where you will be responsible for driving strategic, organic growth and acquisition related initiatives as well as partnering opportunities with the leadership team and the board. You will provide support for investment proposals, particularly around valuations, financial modelling & due diligence; get end-to-end deal execution exposure, produce quality strategy and board papers that directly impact the business and also drive the post-acquisition integration process alongside other senior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will have likely gained 2-5 years’ experience in a top-tier CA Firm, whether it be in Transaction Services, M&A, Modelling or similar; investment bank, independent corporate finance firm or from a corporate / in house role. You will be highly numerate, have strong financial analysis and Excel skills, will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be comfortable liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will be excited by the learning opportunity this presents and be able to work as part of a dynamic team of likeminded individuals and a strong sense of office integration, social activities and a fun work environment. This presents a unique opportunity for someone looking to develop and apply their current skill set to growing a business and becoming highly adept in an end-to-end deal.

You must have full working rights for Australia to be considered for this role.
