RRO Business & Project Manager reporting to the APAC Recovery & Resolution Office (RRO) Content Lead. The role includes a broad range of activities in the field of Recovery & Resolution / Living Wills and responsibility for dedicated elements of the Global Recovery & Resolution Plan (RRP), working with the Bank's senior management on the production of the RRP annual and out of cycle updates, preparing regulatory communications and presentations, and managing RRP dependencies regionally and globally.
Typically, have a broad range knowledge of CS's business and structure to keep the RRP plan a dynamic and usable document. Coupled with the in depth knowledge of the field that you would be expected to develop over time, you would need to articulate and defend the firm's approach with senior business partners both within and outside the region.
In our team, you will own and manage the assigned RRP documents and work-streams fully, and to handle all business partners effectively in collaboration with the Global RRO. This may include: interpreting rules/guidance, gathering management and SME input by working with and through people, planning/organizing/directing/controlling work to address assignments, analysing data to develop both qualitative and quantitative conclusions, drafting/editing narrative, leading meetings/workshops, managing sign-offs, and delivering final chapters/sections.
Key tasks include:
1)Support and/or steer interaction with regulators in the region on the topic of RRP.
2)Update global RRP at least annually or more often according to the regulations in place, working in a global team. This would involve the following tasks:
- Assessing areas for change and improvements in the Global RRP
- Ensuring consistency of local requirements with global plan
- Ensuring that APAC feedback is incorporated into the Global RRP for e.g. expansion of the Liquidity & Funding requirement analyses to include reporting capabilities
- Developing a project plan and managing the local RRP chapters submission timeline, communications and feedback.
- Ensure required quality of the regulatory submission including review and challenge of the APAC submission
3) Stakeholder management:
- Advise APAC’s senior management on RRP-related regulator communication and ensure highest quality of regulatory submission and response
- Manage RRP interdependencies and understand and communicate RRP requirements to the Bank's key new business initiatives,
- Keep abreast of international and regional developments and report to senior management on RRP status and updates, this could involve situations which would require analytical interpretation and or constructive thinking to respond to consultations

- Strong academic background; minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
