MUST HAVE SKILLS:-
SIP - Quarterly payment process involves a lot of communication and co-ordination with Sales Ops (GBO), C&B, AR, HRIS, sales managers, Sales VP
Involvement in annual sales Quota and SPIFF setting process (analysis on historical payment on SIP and various program
Business partnership to Sales VP and sales directors - Strap/AOP/QBR/Sales budget control/Sales incentive clarifications etc.
Business partnership to VP/Directors/CSM on worldwide Field service team - STRAP/AOP/Monthly timesheets allocation (warranty/COGS/others)
Manage SDs' KPI on market penetration and standard margin - including setting and approval process, actual achievement and payment.

- In charge spares and services Business line. Cost base is allocated from Field service spending: Labor, Overheads and T&E.
- Standard labor rate setting
- Cost/margin analysis by product
skills & experience required
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CPA qualified
- Minimum 6 years of business reporting and analysis experience
- Good presentation and communication skills would be necessary for the role
- Able to work under pressure.
