OVERALL :
1. Responsible for the smooth operation of :
i) Treasury function
ii) Credit Control function
2. To assist in the daily operation of Group reporting requirement
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Treasury
1. Maintain a system of policies and procedures for adequate controls over the Treasury function.
2. Manage daily cash balances and to ensure cash flow adequacy in meeting ongoing operational and capital investment
    requirements.
3. Work closely with operation finance team receipt received, payment obligation and ensure strictest compliances.
4. Responsible to prepare and update monthly cash flow forecast and to arrange placement of excess funds.
5. Responsible to update & monitor forex forward hedging contract entered, utilisation as well as outstanding contract
   status & ensure the smooth operation of Foreign Currency Account and closely monitor
6. Maintain good working relationships with bankers
Credit Control
1. Responsible for credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of
    existing customers and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers.
2. Review policies, guidelines & procedures to further streamline the credit control processes.
3. Work closely with Sales & Finance team on collection updates, credit release, overdue account
Group Reporting

1. Assist in Group reporting requirement. Ie consolidation verification
2. Train and coaching cash management & treasury function.
3. Set KPI and conduct performance appraisals on subordinates.
4. Liaise with bankers and regulatory authorities.
5. Any other duties or tasks as assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:

1.  Strong analytical mind & accounting knowledge
2.  Proficient in the requirement of FRS
3.  Effective writing, supervision and organization skills.
4.  Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
5.  Efficient in planning and execution of assignment to meet deadline.
6.  Ability to lead and work independently and committed to delivery on time.
7.  Physically fit
8.  Diploma or Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (e,g: ACCA / CIMA / MICPA) or equivalent
9.  Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
10.Preferably with working experience in Treasury & Credit Control background.
11.ERP knowledge and experience will be added advantage
