Miraclon, the home of Kodak Flexcel Solutions, is a leading provider of printing products for the global packaging sector. It sells flexographic imaging equipment, printing plates, consumables and related services, which enable graphic customization of a wide variety of packaging materials. Miraclon was previously a division of The Eastman Kodak Company and was purchased by Montagu, Private Equity Investment firm in April 2019. Miraclon is looking for a Finance Manager EAMER (m/f/x) to join our head office in Brussels. The Finance Manager plays an essential role within our organisation and will be responsible for the financial activity in our EAMER operations with entities in Belgium and Israel. The position will be reporting to the Finance Director in our HQ in Brussels, Belgium . Further responsibilities: Act as the onsite finance ambassador for the EAMER Region and as a business partner to the Regional Commercial Director EAMER. Financial Controllership for regional entities. Proactively flag areas for improvements and management attention. Responsibility for supporting all aspects of our finance processes in collaboration with the global accounting, controlling, tax and treasury team. Provide insightful financial reporting and appropriate commentary to Sr. leadership on monthly and quarterly basis. Point of Contact for auditors and drive the local statutory audits. Support regional sales by providing analysis/validating sales quotes and validate and credit/debit notes for customers. Prepare and present Account Receivable reporting to sales function. Prepare journal entries and other required accounting calculations for the closing process such as accrual, Bad Debt reserves, Sales Returns, Warranty Reserves, Inventory Reserve, etc. Prepare and analysing financial data including forecast and actuals. Liaison with global Tax Director and own tax compliance. Assist Treasury Director with Cash Management activities for the region. Participate in the local roll out of a new ERP solution. Masters' degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field; ideally 10 or more years. CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred. Ability to work in fast paced environment; needs to be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines. Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Strong ability to work with business leaders to deliver results, including the ability to persuade with data. An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Success building and maintaining operations partnerships and influencing without authority. Advanced knowledge of Excel and other analytical tools.
