Position Profile
Weaver is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Assistant will carry out responsibilitiesrelated toonboarding including conducting background checks, launching new hire paperwork, preparing new hire first day agendas, entering new hire data in the HRIS and other systems, and prerorming I-9 verifications. They will assist with employee relations, preparation of separation packets, benefits, compensation, and compliance. The HR Assistant will be assigned other general administrative duties including data audits, invoicing, reimbursement requests, and HR communications.
A Weaver Human Resources Assistant is a team player who exhibits initiative, accepts responsibility, communicates effectively, and manages multiple concurrent assignments.

Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic/flexible demeanor with exceptional client service skills
- Must be self-motivated and possess a sense of urgency
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
