Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Compliance manager for a business in Swindon on a part-time basis.
The role can be carried out remotely however there will be a requirement to go into the Swindon office now and then.
The role can be Monday to Friday - minimum 25hrs per week.
The main role is to oversee and implement the compliance function for the firm, as required by the FCA.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate must have recent experience in a compliance role.
Qualifications: CeMAP (essential) and Equity Release Qualification. The company can provide training for this qualification, if needed and cover costs.

Key responsibilities:
- Regular File checks on Advisers
- Regular 121's with the Advisers
- To hold regular training sessions with Advisers- all areas
- Liaise with lender and protection providers
- Compile monthly management information - CPD's and KPI''s.
- Report to the Directors weekly
- Organise Quarterly Sales Meetings
- Regularly monitor and implement all FCA changes
- Monitor and implement current back office system
- Compile monthly sales figures
- Liaise with the Company book keeper
The successful candidate must have recent experience in a compliance role.
