Your new firmA well established independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Stockport are looking to appoint a Senior Accountant to join their team. This opportunity has been created to support the partner with the management of the portfolio.
Your new job
As a Senior Accountant you will report directly into the partner and be responsible for preparing and submitting both financial statements and corporation tax returns for limited companies along with the preparation of sole trader and partnership accounts.You will be responsible for liaising with clients to retrieve their records and there will be ad hoc management accounts& VAT work.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking an ACCA / ACCA / QBE qualified accountant with at least two years PQE. You must have experience working within an independent firm with a good grounding in FRS102 accounting standard and both corporate and personal tax compliance work.
