Your new role
Supporting the Accounts Payable Manager duties will include:
  • Process, record and reconcile all purchase invoices to the correct supplier account
  • Coding and allocation of payments.
  • Respond to supplier account queries by telephone or email
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Daily ad-hoc payments to suppliers
  • Weekly payment run

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you have worked with high volume processing, worked in an office environment and have good computer skills.
