Your new firmYou will be working within a well established chartered accountants based in Northwich. This highly regarded regional practice offer a range of services to their client base inclusive of payroll, tax, bookkeeping and accounts and they are now looking to appoint a Payroll Manager to their successful team.

Your new role
As the Payroll Manager for this firm you will lead a department and ensure the end to end payroll is undertaken for the clients they serve. You will manage your own portfolio of clients that will be made up of CIS and PAYE payrolls. This role will see you delegate and manage workflow, ensuring targets and deadlines are worked to as well as partnering with the senior management team at the firm to provide year end and ad hoc reports when necessary.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you must have worked within a practice previously and be able to manage your own portfolio of clients. The ability to work accurately and to deadlines is paramount and you should be able to liaise with both colleagues and clients alike in a professional manner.
